Well, thanks for that excellent graphic, Ron. Tell me, in that Parkland shooting last week, there was an on-duty, armed, "resource officer" in the school, yet he reportedly did not fire a shot, and I have not heard that he played any role in the arrest of the suspect. What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of that "gun in the school"?
I`ll also point out that in the Pulse nightclub shooting, there was on off-duty cop there on a PBA job, who was armed, and was unable to neutralize the shooter. So in that case, there was a trained, armed, cop, who was not there partying, but it was his JOB to provide security, yet he was ineffective. Logic would suggest that since he was the "first responder", even if he was unable prevent all of the deaths, he certainly would have been the one to shoot the perp, but he was not. Your thoughts on the effectiveness of this gun in a public place in combating mass shootings?
