Mine is probably a wildcard as I can eat small meals all through the day (retirement is great ) so I don`t need to "fill up" much. And I`m OK with stuff that others would find way too bland, but anyhow...
I have one cup of dry cereal from Nutritious Living (either the stuff they make for The Zone or their Hi-Lo), mixed with some Cheerios and Rice Krispies (utter rubbish but makes the taste just right for me) and 5-6 hard-boiled eggs. And a *lot* of coffee with half & half. Then I`ll eat again in a few hours, sometimes just repeating that bfast.
That`s when I don`t do my at least-weekly Denny`s, where I get a mountain of diner fare.
Poorboy- Sounds like you oughta do your own research and find healthful stuff that you like. And IMO most "nutritionists" (scare-quotes intentional) don`t really know squat, as is often demonstrated by *their own* body-composition and other bio-markers.
