To take this even further, you worked hard to earn enough money to buy the car. During that time (or even still today), you paid taxes which went into civic coffers for things like law enforcemet, fire protection, road maintenance, etc. All of which put people to work. I bet at some point you probably bought groceries and other goods too which weren`t as expensive as a Vette. That too kept people working.
I find it baffling when people don`t understand economics. If people aren`t working and puting money into other buisness sectors and companies/businesses aren`t thriving, the whole thing falls apart. People have forgotten the Soviet Union and what life there was like before the collapse in 1991. Pretty grim.
Edit: Fixed the year...1991, not 1996.

So MBS is claiming that he and his father King Salman knew nothing about Khashogghi`s murder. I call BS. The guy was one of his biggest critics and open about it and entire fiasco to hire a body double to play him/ audition for a body double then say its for a movie. You must be kidding me that people actually believe this? Or maybe they just choose to believe it because its easier. Either way this entire situation is quite crazy.

I`ve been following the story with interest for a while now. It`s been pretty facinating to watch the whole thing develop.
When you get beyond whether or not the intention was to kill Khashogghi outright, the fact senior members of the Saudi royal family decided to to ANYTHING of that nature to such an internationally well connected (the guy did work for the Washington Post and his fiance called one of the Turkish President`s aids directly when she became concerned) and highly visible individual is baffling. You do anything to an individual like that and LOTS of people are going to notice. There is no way to covertly make them dissapear unless you put together a very elaborate plan.
The whole affair has been pretty amateur for a nation-state intelligence operation.
When AG runs a flash 25% off sale and offers a free gift for orders over 125. Naturally I had to look at said gift and thought it funny it shows out of stock.

Microfiber towels is one place PBMG could up their game and profits. The only towel that they sell that I like is the Gold Plush and their price is too high. Partner with The Rag Co. or send me to S. Korea to make a deal. Lol
Big resellers like PBMG get towels sent to them unsolicited all the time from suppliers to get them to try to buy a giant amount
The occasional new towel they offer is one the buyer seemed to like for the price point
They are likely not going to textile plants over seas to see them

I haven`t bought any towels from PBMG for a long time, but I thought they had moderated their pricing a bit, at least if you buy in the bulk packages (6 or 12 towels). I don`t bother to read the blurb anymore, but when I first joined Autopia in 2004, and learned about microfiber towels, well, let`s just say there is just as much hyperbole in marketing towels as there is wax, and they are able to charge a premium price, so they do.
