I was at that status with my previous supervisor, and she was really cool.

I guess I will have to do the same here. My job is pretty awesome.

Sadly, I on more than one occasion found that the "Exceeds Expectations" summary was followed up by, "current pay rate is at 130% of maxium schedule", yearly cost of living increase not applicable.

Never wanted to have those type of reviews but these did teach me something. These reviews taught me that I was sitting on the wrong side of the table and gave me sufficient cause to change my circumstance. Can`t say that I ever enjoyed the work on the other side of the table to the degree I enjoyed turning wrenches but I guess I got what I wanted or needed at that stage of my family`s life.

Had my car retinted from 35% to 20%. The price to have the old tint stripped and new quality tint installed was almost half of what I paid up north just for tint, which made the decision easier.

Got a cheapie pool on special at Target to chill in during this summer, and for our pups to swim in. They`re both geeking out acting like they`re going to drown even though the water is only up to their neck while they can touch the bottom.
