I replied that I only take drop offs and inquired what type of vehicle they had and if they were looking for interior,exterior, both

Sounds to me like there`s something wrong with that person, easy for *me* to pass on *your* business, but I`d be awful leery.

oh yeah, especially considering they can`t answer basic questions

oh well, i`m not hurting for the work. actually was just thinking earlier that I am going to enjoy having a sunday off finally (club tower show is tonight and I figured I`d cruise up to San Antonio and hang out with some car people, stay out late and enjoy not having to worry about getting up to work on a vehicle on my day off from a 55hr a week job)

why do I keep trying to guide them to the led light when they are totally fine holding the old oil lantern (figuratively speaking of course)

I guess at some point you have to give up and realize not everyone really wants the best for their ride

frustrating as it may be,,if I was a MD they would take my medical advice..but since I`m just some crazy detail nut...no hope
