Yes, love the Rogue brew`s. I have a couple of the Ceramics (Morimoto, I2PA). For cool looking bottles get some Stone Brewery offerings, by the way the beer is awesome as well, LOL
Well, today I`m having a BR Hop Rod Rye, it`s an IPA, 8% ABV, 22oz. Bomber. This IPA is on the maltier side then the typical hoppy stuff, it`s spicy, citrusy, and a nice sweetness to it. A truly awesome IPA, I`m glad I have another left, lol
Duvel again, and they finally got me the proper Duvel glasses, free too.
mmm
I tried posting pics of my wedding, where we had Chimay and other great beers on tap at the most incredible restaurant in Vegas. Unfortunately the pics are too large, im not experienced in shrinking the images down?
Any advice, I think I told John he could see my Bride or the Taps, I bet he wants to see the taps.....

Today it`s Bear Republic`s Red Rocket, it`s an Amber Ale, 6.8% ABV. Sweet malts and caramel, and a slight hoppy taste. Nice dry finish with a medium body. Very tasty, glad I was turned onto this brewery. Anyone else having a brew today. Oh Yeah, I just finished detailing my X. LOL
you know, I once won a trivia contest at the rogue brewery`s pub... tonight I`ll be sporting my current favorite widmer w06. a really fun red ale at 7%, nicely hopped, good yeast, and I`ll be drinking it until widmer stops brewing it.
It`s a healthy addiction. I can stop any time I want. No really.
and feeling no pain. cool that you resurrected the brew thread.

it was just Sam Adams Boston Lager for me today, not that I`m complaining. Its my favorite brew.
Well, Indy started off nice beer wise...
5 Foster`s Oil Cans to begin, then it was too dang far down the steps to get more (we sat in Paddock Penthouse). So it was on to a couple of Miller Lite tall boys that I could get at the concession stand up in the penthouse. And it just went downhill from there...
...back to the Coke lot, and while we`re getting ready to leave, the guys in the green short bus with flames painted on it that was parked next to us ask me if I want to funnel one....well, why not? At 35 years old, I think this was the first time I ever funneled a beer. Not even sure what kind it was (I don`t think it mattered to me at this point).
Note to self...don`t funnel beer from guys handing it out to you from inside a custom painted school bus.
But ain`t my truck shiny? And no, I didn`t drive home...

Sigh. I`ve been told, no more beer. No more alcohol at all.
I`m not a drinker, not an alcoholic, I just like a beer every now and then. But it`s one of the worst things for my remaining kidney, and it does my blood sugar no good either.
Aw well. Life without beer is still life.
