As some of you know Andy Pancroft aka "Got Wax" is left of center(In my humble opinion of course...) and his new website www.welcometothestandard.com is put together quite nice I must say, only problem is Andy your company was called Zenith Detail but as you blew out of town(Denver CO) you re-located to Katy TX and re-surface as..........................................."ME" well Andy you want to be me so bad(This is problematic as you would need 125lbs or so to bridge the gap) calling your company "Auto Concierge" named after a detail service I have owned since 1994 it shows how pathectic this is.



Mods please let this play out as I continue to expose a "Poser" in the detailing world who after I called him out the firstime for this he took "Auto Concierge" down off his "Houston Auto Detail" site only to pop up again...................... well Andy you can try, try again and I will own you again and again.

Barry that is not needed, there are actually a couple of companies back east that use the name(But did not until a few years ago) and in 94 when I opened no one had that name registered(I checked) and it is more fun to expose this guy for the continually telling whoppers.............such as having a Livery service(Limousine company) and telling people he had cars in his fleet that did not exist, being a Navy SEAL, saying on L4P he was opening a limousine service/detailing shop in Burlingame CA(Across the Bay from me)opening in 2010...............................oops that did not happen, telling people his wife was a high powered attorney who would sue them if they crossed him(Gasp that was not true either....).



Of course there are few people who side with him out there(You know who you are in Belton TX...) who say "Why do you care" well he fixated on me and that was a mistake(As he now knows). I love the fact that he will never take pics of himself working on a car, or his "Detail studio" which just happens to be described exactly like my shop btw, oh I almost forgot he cut n paste a entire section of Paul Dalton`s website....................as his "M.O." is too copy things he wants to be ie: Detailers, SEALS, the guy in the "Transporter" movie`s etc.....

Funny you mention that...................in a e-mail to me from Mr Pantsareoff he threatned to tell "People high in the chain of command" that he was scared of retaliation from said BTDT types(Why be scared if you did not claim this stuff though)and I better back off...............well a check with certain folks in Coronado said "No such inquiry here".



In the aforementioned e-mail to me from Andy he said challenged me to find one person who said he claimed NAVSPECWAR status............well Andy actually three people told me this, thus here we are again. Telling someone you have been doing "Paint correction" for over 23 years is one thing(If so Andy why the initial call to me with advice on how to wetsand and detail a ferrari F-40?) but another to say "Yeah I was a SEAL/Green Beret/Air Force PJ/Marine Recon etc.....only to have someone say "Really prove it" only to find out that not only is your Military staus bogus but you were never in the Military at all.



Let me clarify I was in the Navy on a ship and claim no "Hero" status, I was a MS(Cook) who worked for the CO of my ship and it was not a glamorous job but important to keep the Captain fed and his stuff "Squared away", I was also on the Nuclear weapons handling team as my ship was a Ammo supply ship and again nothing special just a enlisted guy doing my job.



At some point Andy(I know you are reading this, but cannot sign in unless you signed up under a different IP address which would be something you would do as you have been banned everywhere), you had better quit this sillyness.............

After that I inherited a bunch of nasty PM`s from him trying trying to justify his inabilites by making funny threats. I`d definately put this guy in the Poser category with Holden.

I even commented on that thread.................told him what he needed to know(Per his SOP of using what I know so he can then "Know") of course I called him on this car.........and he said no pics as my client is like yours......well Andy my body of work is "Verifiable" over many years and the F-40 you did was your FIRST exotic of any kind.



Love bumping around your twitter page with pics of almost nothing..................vague pics of the cars but you always have your "Tribal tattoo" in the pics(Omage to Brad Pitt perhaps?? probably want to be him as well) and then I finally catch a glimpse of your "Detail Studio" with the tight Moduline cabinets.....but of course I had those at Performance Art and you probably saw a pic of them and copied that too, is there anything you will not try and do on your own? you "Monkey see, Monkey do hump.......................



I really got a chuckle when you describe that you "Take wheels and badges/tailights out when doing a correction" and then ask the question does your detailer do this...................well you didn`t either until you saw someone else do it(Wonder who that is hmmmmm) Andy what will you do when you are chatting up some guys at Houston`s "Cars & coffee and you tell them I am Auto Concierge and then a shadow appears and I am standing there? oops ..................."Not good" ,it will happen as I have already been to your shop with Bing and a "Navy friend" count on it.....soon.

This guys "studio" appears to be a house located behind a Lexus dealer according to google maps. Google has been wrong before but from what I read it sounds as if the guy has a stand alone shop but the map indicates a residential area. No big deal really, just found that interesting.....and confusing
