I seriously doubt that you, your partner or your business has a tax ID and even if you did it has nothing to do with getting a discount. It only means that you don`t have to pay sales tax when you purchase a product at the beginning. I also seriously doubt you guys are placing $1000 orders either, especially with the discounting structure Detailed Image REALLY gives you guys. 10-15% is nonsense. I know that the more work you spam, the greater the discount. Stop skirting around the truth to make DI look like the good guy here. They`re obviously not!

It`s a shame that with all the work DJ Mayonase claimed to do in his 10,000 square foot shop and touring all across the county detailing cars that he`d need to stoop to such low levels for big brother to give him a reach around. More BS I`m sure.

No worries Mister Fish, I`m not posting this stuff for you; it`s obvious you`re way too crazy to believe anything that`s real that I`m posting. I`m posting this information for other more sensible people who might have otherwise been mislead.

The information I post is true, and anyone is more than welcome to give me a call to discuss anything they please.

Exactly. Makes total sense that you`d choose to post to an audience that doesn`t know any better. That way of thinking is what DI is all about. Focus and prey on people who don`t know any better and can`t sift through the BS.

Any time you`d like to prove me wrong, feel free to post your tax ID certificate and your recent DI invoices showing everyone what you really pay. Until then......you`re dismissed.

Oh, ok then. I guess I need to build up my post count to have credibility with the DI crew as they try to defend their leaders. Bottom line is they created a program that is engineeered to shill forums to earn $$ for them and their affiliates. I know for a fact that their Pros receive benefits from their work on their blog. Only denying that further makes you and the company look worse.

Now it`s very clear that you are going on pure assumption and have absolutely nothing to back up your claim of "knowing" what benefits the DI authors get.

Marcs above post is 100% accurate.

Who is to say that "<"//><" isnt a shill for a competing Internet vendor?

As in somone just trying to stir up nonsense and steer potential customers to his site?

Just stop. No one is posting Tax ID information here and larger detailing business can easily place $1000 orders for products, especially in the early spring when they are gearing up for business.

We all appreciate your vigilant actions in bringing these scoundrels to the light of day. Through your clever wordplay and rational debating tactics, you have proven yourself the moral and intellectual superior of everyone else on this site.

Honestly, what might have started out with good intentions has degenerated into some mudslinging nonsense. It`s out in the open and Barry Theal, a moderator I might add, took action. Now that it`s done, walk away and quit stirring up crap just for fun. You`re not helping anyone anymore, just trying to take jabs at as many people as you can before you bow out and go back to whatever it was you were doing on October 2010.

BTW, I like your member profile, since we`re on the subject of shady.

I never post here, but since I got called out personally I`ll respond.

Of all the people on this thread, you are the only one who is wrong. But a zealot will never see past his preconceptions no matter how whacked out they are, so there is very little desire to even respond. If you can search I`m sure you will find my company`s website info, tax ID (it is public info), etc. As far as tax returns showing purchases from DI, it will depend on your accounting system on how it shows up on paper. But I can say that the largest single purchase from DI last year was for ~$1300, with probably close to $3000 total for the year. Our costs on Autogeek are slightly lower as DI does not carry all the stuff we want. We also buy from ADS, DetailersDomain, etc. an average of $300 to $500 each order. Any pro detailer can get discounted pricing. I bet almost any shop will spend much more than we do on products.

As far as spamming, if you find ONE post of the thousands Marc has posted with spam, I will personally take it down. In the meantime, go ahead and see what Marc has really contributed to THIS site in terms of advice, knowledge, inspiration, help to people who are not even customers. Then look at what you have contributed and compare. I think any reader of this will easily see who is who.

So now you have some disclosure. Where is yours? Where if your info? Whats your name and location? Any previous work to show for? For all I know you are a fish. Fish don`t have voices.

No probem Barry. I totallly understand and respect your request. The damage hs already been done and the REAL TRUTH is out there for everyone to see. Good thing you posted this because what I was going to post next would have surely ruffled a lot of feathers. I`ve already returned several PM`s from people wanting more info and who support this outing and wll spread this valuable find. Over and out.

MR. Fishy you are truly a TROLL....... you complain about Shilling, coloring the kettle black.....and yet you still post taking jabs as you "respect the request".

You wouldn`t know the facts if they begged you all night long.

Barry and Autopia know all the facts and details about the situations, you know little to none. Let the mods do their jobs.

I write for the DI blog, I have never been paid for any of the blog work...never!
