Just curious what everyone`s dream vacation would be.
I`ve been watching the travel channel lately and some of the vacation spots really get me excited about going there some day.
For example, now that summer is almost here, I am dreaming of taking a trip to Alaska and going on one of their cruises and flying site seeing expeditions.
Maybe next year.

Well...what I didn`t say was I have to have a million dollar RV with a full size shower and all the comforts of home. Plus, we have to be parked next to a lake, with no bugs or bears! I think I made a big mistake today. I had a long day of detailing then got talked into going out to the beach and playing some volleyball.
Used to play all the time, but now that I am out of shape, playing just about kills me! Worst part is waking up tomorrow and trying to work with my body being not so willing.
It`s a bit quite around here tonight. Nobody feels like typing? It took about all the energy I have left to type this.

I swear we got a foot of rain last night. The power was out from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Good thing the Sabres game was tonight, or heads were going to roll.

I am whooped!
Didn`t touch a car today though. Spent the whole day doing a room make-over (While you were out style) for my daughter who is turning 12 tomorrow.
Started at 8am when she left for school and just finished hanging the last picture as she walked in at 8:30pm.
Her reaction was definitely worth it. We have been struggling to get along lately and this really made her feel special. Scored a lot of points in the daddy department.
Anybody else do a surprise room makeover for someone?
How about a surprise detail? I`ve done a few of those for family and friends, they go over big too.

Well it sounds like you had a really busy day. I`m sure your daughter appreciates your hard work and selfless act. I`ve never done a room makeover but I`ve done a few of the suprise details. It`s really nice to see the smile on thier faces when it`s done.

Funny you mention this. I got home last night only to find that my wife and two daughters (3 and 7) completely redecorated and rearranged the girls room. It looked like they too put in a full day..I was surprised and impressed.
