Sorry to go off-topic, but those CNN videos stopped working for me earlier this year--anyone else have the same problem? I just get a black screen; Vista/IE7/NIS2007.

wow, heart warming. I know when I was over there my mom wanted me to be home for xmas more than anything. Shame I came how the way I did but she was happy all the same. lol

that hits home. it`s sad for both the parents and kids serving because they don`t get to see their child(ren) grow up and that`s the precious time when they are young like that....

its tough being deployed, and the holidays always make it much much worse. seems everyone just sits around bummed - but what else can u do? where we were, we didn`t have anything but each other, and we were just glad to be alive and that much closer to the end.
