There is some guy at my school who is very well off, co-owns a club in las vegas and parents live in Dubai. Here is how one of his drunken friend spent New Years on their cars.

I polished graffiti off of my wifes car last year. With a decent compound it actually comes off without too much hassle. I would thinks it would be really easy with a rotary.
Ive never met spray paint or paint transfer that i couldnt remove.

Strange thing about this is how close in proximity this was to downtown. However, IIRC, Plymouth Court is a street that doesn`t get a lot of traffic and can be isolated in some spots.
