No matter what glass cleaner or cloth you like, next time you`re doing a set of windows try wearing grip type gloves. The ones I use are the cloth dipped in rubber. (There are also some painters gloves covered in nitrile that work well, as long as they`re some combination of cloth and coating they should work.) Because they have the cloth lining, if it`s hot and I`m sweating, there`s no sweat dripping out of the glove and the window cloth sticks to the glove and stays in place as I move around the windows. I get a lot more pressure on the glass, can get into the tight areas better and it takes a lot less effort to get the windows clean.
If you use a two cloth method, get your wet cloth ready before you put the gloves on.
