I`ll take your word for it...although there might be improvements between now and Christmas. I keep thinking I`d like to sell my Rupes LHR75E (nice and cheap) and get the G9 instead.

Did I miss, what were the plate issues? I’ve got an early machine (Ordered 1st week or 2?) that’s been through a couple full corrections (with a fair number of cord disconnects), and mines been nothing but loveable for me.

Most of people will have nothing but good to say about the g9. Again I mentioned it was a small sample size. And most don’t share positive experiences online but most will share negative.

Can’t remember where but read about a plate coming apart.

Glad you are loving yours and will probably for many years to come.

Re: Redesigned G21 and G15 Polishers

No way is a company going to sell a product basically half of the original product price, w/o cuts somewhere.......Yeah possibly a upgrade to the original gg6`` w/ a 8mm throw, but I really don`t believe its a upgrade compared to the Boss 15...I`ve seen this many times w/ different vehicles. The original model comes out w/ many great features & upgrades, then a yr or so down the road the bean counters, delete features & throws then to the options column. The carpet, seats, some interior parts are cut cost wise. So engines are now optional now. I`ve seen this tactic done for many yrs on varies vehicles......I`ll stick w/ the Boss machine. The LC machine seems like a do all, but I have a feeling its going to be heavy & bulky thou. Kinda now way it can`t be w/ all the different mechinzes, parts.

Don`t know..haven`t really given it serious thought. Now I might wait until I know more about the G9. If I do sell it, it won`t be for a giveaway price as it`s only been used for maybe 30 minutes.

Oh sheesh...I`ve been misspeaking all this time...it`s the G8 I`m really interested in...though I might trade my GG6 for the G9 if they`re still offering the trade-in deal.
