I went over to the web site and it`s full of reviews from people who received samples at SEMA. Anyone here had a opportunity to use this? Will you use it? There are so many of these spray on "ceramics" that it`s hard to choose one. I believe it just went live on the Griot`s website yesterday (December 4).
I’ve not used it, and can’t say as if right now I plan on it.
I did see a review of it done by Jimbo in You-tube. When putting it through his torture test I believe I remember it faired through a few rounds up against some chemicals. (I’ll admit the torture tests don’t always appeal to me, but I do like what Brian over at Apex Detail is doing for his torture tests now)
He said it was easy to apply and had good shine. Probably used regularly as a touch up or drying aid it would fare very well
I heard from someone that got a sample of it that it was just ok and nothing special. Also that it is similar to other over the counter sprays.
Looks to be the same sealant with some ceramic in it. They seem to thoroughly believe it will get a solid 6 months tho. If that’s true at 20$ for 22oz it’s a way better deal and value compared to most toppers. Personally just interested in how it performs. Does well, think we’ll see a hole line from them
I`ll definitely be picking some of this up to try. (Here`s hoping for a Christmas gift card...)
With limited time for detailing, I`m all for something quick and easy to use to help keep the cars looking good. I keep coming back to my Griot`s stuff for their ease of use after trying other products where it seems like their ease of use hinges on the temp, humidity, atmospheric pressure, timing of the last meal I had gluten, etc.
I tried it out last night. Smells great and was easy to use. I was just wiping down a car after some PPF and there was no current protection on the car. It had a noticeable darkening effect and left the finish feeling slick. Can`t say anything more than that but I`ll try it again when I get a chance.

Got a chance to use it on mine yesterday, easy, no streaks on black and left a slick finish. No coating on the top, just Griot’s best of show spray wax until I can re do it. Don’t ask! Left it inside over night and put it outside in the rain today. Nice tight beading and water running off. We’ll see how it goes?

Griot`s say it`ll last 6 months minimum when applied and maintained properly. At $85 a gallon this seems like it could be a pretty decent product. What would be good to use to maintain this though? Once a month you use this again? lol
