It`s the one car-care chemical product that Griot`s Garage does not offer. I say "amazing", as Simonize offers a car dealer-installed (and available only thru cars dealers) coating where they went through 400 formulations/reiterations before coming upon an acceptable coating formula (at least according to their dealer infomercial video I was "forced` to watch in a car-buying experience.)
WD-40 got its name for the 40th formula that was acceptable and worked for water displacement, hence the WD part.
Needless to say, whatever type of product it is, it will have the Griot`s Garage quality and performance at a reasonable price (AKA value) many car-care aficionados have come to know and expect from Griot`s Garage.
