as much or as little as you want to trade...it really depends on how much you want and how much ther person you are trading with has available. I have traded whole bottles of product but most trades have just been for either 1 or 2 of the little 2 oz containers you get at WalMart.

PM the person you`d like to trade with (no need to clog up this thread). Express interest in certain products and suggest a trade. Typical sample sizes vary, but I usually do 4 oz. It also depends on the products, as some are worth a lot more than others. I use travel containers from The Container Store. Trade mailing addresses and trade away.
