Delta Kits Headlight UV Clear Coating

I have a Delta Kits Coat2Protect headlight UV clear coating set. It includes an 8 oz bottle of their headlight restoration coat and an 8 oz bottle of the catalyst liquid. I used it on one set of headlights and simply dont need it anymore.

Wheres the tech sheet on it. Im only intrested in what it is. I looked for it on website.
