So.... after firming the deal, paying via paypal and getting the quote of "got it thanks! shipping tmw!!" I`m just been informed by this seller that "I`m not ready to sell yet".. How many days has this been up for sale now?

Let`s ask some people on here.... if a deal is firmed, payment made and a statement of `shipping tomorrow` is made by the seller... isnt` that a deal? I bet most would agree it is and while the seller can back out, it`s extremely BAD FORM.
