Have you guys been noticing that these towels are dramatically different from the older ones (ignoring the edges)? Some really old SS towels of mine are about 2x the thickness/plush that some of the newer ones.

Am I the only one with the problem? Otherwise this is an awesome deal!

I did try both links. Tim`s link comes up $8.15 each. This is what I get.

Then I tried clicking on the "12 new from $5.00" link on the same page and tried each seller with no success.
