Mike, I`ve been to PayPal and paid the $34 in usd and included another $10 usd.

Consider the extra 10 a thank you for the Canadian connection or extra tape for the liquid tops or a beverage or two of your choice. My only requirement is that you not use the extra 10 bucks for anything worthwhile. Squander it recklessly.
