What Meg`s are you using? Just wondering if something like Hyper Wash with a 400:1 dilution rate would help.

I am going to try some EO car soap. There is a guy that sells car cleaning material, called Car Brite Soaps, I will see if he has anything. What one would one consider?

    Thanks

I agree with BigAl that EO1 is the way to go for a foam gun if you want OTC. I haven`t tried straight soap, because that could shorten the life of LSP`s. However, I use about 4 oz of soap and 6-8 oz of water and shake it and have gotten foam just as thick as in BigAl`s pics.

also, make sure to to tighten the little screws on the top and side of the brass meter as they occasionally become loose. you do not want to lose those!

Try DP xtreme foam soap. That is designed for foam guns. That is what is in the picture with the Hummer.

though DP extreme foam soap is designed for foam guns, here`s a thread where Brandon1 mentions the EO1 car soap is better... http://autopia.org/forum/detailing-p...ighlight=eagle

Or better yet, use a dab of blue LockTite. Just watch you don`t inadvertently plug up the siphon hole on the top screw.

If you lose the mixing bar retaining screw it isn`t all *that* serious, the bar fits pretty snugly and won`t just fall out. Better not to lose `em though...
