BlackfireWet Diamond over Blackfire spray sealant ?

Can I apply Blackfire Wet Diamond over the Blackfire spray sealant ? Or do I have to remove Blackfire spray sealant first. I use the Blackfire spray sealant as a lub for my clay bar.
    Thanks for looking

BFWD should on the car finish first and BFDG is for maintenance after or between washes.

Yes... but I use BFDG as the lube for my clay Bar. So should I use a different lube?

That`s ok, next time just use a QD when claying. You can still put BFWD on after you wash or polish the car.

It won`t create any problems (other than the possibility of light streaking IF you over apply the Wet Diamond). The polymers are identical and the solvents are similar so the Wet Diamond is going to `find where it belongs` in the equation. You shouldn`t see any degradation in durability from applying the Wet Diamond second, but that is an expensive clay lube

I agree with Todd. That is an awfully expensive clay lube. Use it for what it was meant to be used for. For a clay lube, get some ONR and mix up a bottle at 2 oz. per 1 gallon of water. That is about as cost effective as you can get. You will also have a great product that you can use for a lot of other purposes.

The Blackfire Spray Sealant is a great product that I have used many times, but it is meant to be used as a maintenance product to be used between washes. Apply the BFWD first and top it with the spray sealant. You will love the results.

I don`t think so, I have been putting coats of midnight sun on top of the spray sealant with no problems.

Just apply either. It will not present any problems. Thing of HGAS (or BF Spray Sealant) as a half coat of sealant. The active ingredients are so similar that you will have no problem adding an additional coat over it.
