I like Pinnacle Vinyl and Rubber Protectant. Provides a great shine and does all the right things.

I`m real happy with Vinylex on my tires. I don`t find it that glossy but its still nice. And has those important UV protectants.

I also use Eagle One Satin Finish Tire Shine which has been discontinued. A great product that leaves a nice satin gloss.

I find 303 far too matte on tires for my tastes. I don`t see the point of layering 303 and wasting product when one coat of Pinnacle or Vinylex will do the same thing. I clean my tires with every wash so getting the best protection and appearance for my tires with one application is important to me.

Over the years I found the Eagle One-protected tires needed less and less product to get them looking good. So for cost per application consideration, E1 is the best I`ve ever used.

FYI, every PDMS dressing is safe and doesn`t attract much dust. I like Zaino Z16 and Eagle One Protectant for a low-sheen shine. 303 is excellent to create an even lower-sheen, "flat-black" finish. It makes the tire look like it was just out of the factory... :up

I choose my tire dressings based on car color.

Dark color cars look better IMO with low shine dressings, I use E1 Protectant.

Light color cars, especially metallic ones look best with higher shine like Vinylex or even Meguiar`s Endurance or TW Tire Gel.

The quicker you can get to this the better. If they are truly fresh, they shouldn`t be to terribly hard to remove :-?

Get an orange pad and do "Tha KBM" :-?

    1) Saturate pad with Meguiars 105

    2) Lean hard (but not hard enough to break the shaft) and work in small areas 18"x18"

    3) When the product dries, mist the surface with water and go at it again

    4) Move to the next area and apply two dots of product (Megs 105) and repeat the above process

    Good luck and God bless,

You can also try white vinegar. There are manufacturers out there that make dedicated water spot removers as well.

Vinegar seems to help me with some of the water spots I had on my truck.
