anyone has tried the califorina water blade? comments?

it seems the 3M is the best product to remove swirl marks.

but, before removing any swirl marks, are there any tool to clean like sheep wash mitt and remove water from your car?

    Welcome to the forum!

I suggest you get the ebook and read through it as it will answer a lot of your questions.

Sealants are made from polymers and last a long time and tend to provide UV protection.

Wax is made from natural carnuba and other waxes and does not last as long.

    Use Klasse!

For swirl marks you will probably want to get a buffer. They take a lot of work to polish out by hand.

    Exterior Product Combos Test Recommendations

Hello, I`m new to auto detailing and have recently purchased a wide variety of exterior products, all of which claim to be the best. I have five cars at home here to test various combinations. The cars are as follows:

Polar White 1994 Mustang GT modified show car with excellent OEM paint
Tungsten Gray (silver) 2006 Mazda 6s and 2007 Mazda 6i with excellent OEM paint
Redfire Metallic (darkish red) 2007 Mercury Mariner with very good OEM paint
Victory Red (bright red) 2003 Pontiac Sunfire with average OEM paint

The order of product use: Wash-clay-paint/wax cleaner-polish corrections (minor bird etchings, swirls, etc.)-surface bonding prep-sealant-glaze-wax.

    Products by category:

    Cleaners:

    Klasse AIO
    Wolfgang Paintwork Polish Enhancer

    Polishes:

    Menzerna
    Intensive Polish
    Micro Polish
    Final Finish II

    Poorboy`s Super Swirl Remover 2
    Meguiar`s Ultra-Cut Compound 105

    Sealants:

    Menzerna (will add Polycharger)
    Power Lock
    Acrylic Jacket

    Optimum Opti-Seal
Ultima Paintguard Prep Plus with Polycharger
Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze (will add Polycharger)
    Chemical Guys Vertua Bond 408
    Sonus Polycharger H2O

    Glazes:

    Menzerna Finishing Glaze
    Wolfgang Glaze 3.0

    Waxes:

    Pinnacle Liquid Souvran
    Pinnacle Souvran Paste
    Collinite #476 Paste

If I misplaced anything, please correct. The Mustang show car is garage kept and rarely driven. All others are DDs. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks for helping.
