Here`s a little info, I put it in the other thread but thought some might find it here.

Demon

NHRA has already outlawed it, no roll cage, net, etc. It says if they could get few more miles per hour out of it in the 1/4, it would need a parachute to run NHRA. That looks to be an awesome machine and they say it`s a street/strip car so they`re obviously not selling it with a "race car" title.

Looks like they`re releasing the 707 HP TrackHawk too.

Our club had Demon release party, Dodge sent 2 Demon banners, solo cups with hellcat and Demon on them, Demon shot glasses, Demon hand fans, stickers. Dodge does killer job on marketing that`s for sure. Today being official release they have more up the sleeve, the crate to be revealed.

IF you though people crashing hellcats less than a mile from the dealer was crazy, imagine this thing...

I get it for the track, but that kind of power on the street is dumb, the power levels may have changed but it sand, oil, and cold roads never changes... and of course the occasional idiot behind the wheel.

$100/HP...lol. Haven`t seen any prices yet, but I imagine after dealer markup maybe even up to 90k-100k?
