where am I going to sit my mid life crisis at?
I`m out
but I will be looking to get a hellcat someone wants to trade in

`In Standard Trim` won`t have but one seat. I`m sure Dodge will be willing to sell you more seats as options.
Wow...that sounds kinda funny...seats as options.
"Did you get the optional seats?"

Sounds like a factory sponsored drag car. Can you get it with five point harness, race seat, fire suppression and roll cage?

I apologize if this has been posted before but have you guys seen this Challenger?

One seat is an insane idea. I can`t even picture the customer they are after. Mel Gibson? A Mad Max Edition for loners.
this damn car is just confusing me
I figured it can`t be AWD, then they say they have 315 nitto drag radials wrapped around 18inch wheels on all four corners
why the heck would they need those tires on the front if NOT AWD?
and the hopefull Mopartian in me thinks maybe they couldn`t fit the front transfer case in the middle so they had to move it over and tunnel it through the passenger side, so they said "hey lets toss the seats over there"
who knows... all I know is I have no interest in it if it`s a one seater
I just cant figure out why they`d have such meaty tires up front if NOT awd, considering the whole premise here is to save weight,, that`s a lot of unnecessary rotational mass and footprint up front if its only RWD

Maybe Fiat-Chrysler America (FCA) should make a Special Edition of it named "Gorilla" or "King Kong" , since Mr. Richard Rawlings from Gas Monkey will surely have something to do with promoting this vehicle.
I`d be in favor of having a Special Edition called just "The King" with a Richard Petty No. 43 and STP color scheme, but alas, NASCAR is NOT a viable (IE; sponsored or endorsed) race venue for FCA.
This whole super-car development at super-car prices is a scary reminder that history repeats itself. This current automotive trend is eerily similar to that of the 1920`s when there were numerous car manufacturers making "luxury" and "fast" cars to get in on the economic boom of that era. It all ended when the Great Depression occurred. Let`s hope that the Dodge SRT Demon, Ford GT, Camaro Z-28, even Tesla`s Model S and it`s Autopilot feature, etc., are not a harbinger of economic times to come. Let the good times roll.... just sayin`!! (Wait, wasn`t that the late 70`s rock group The Cars song title?? Ironic, isn`t it!)
