I have that 3 in 1 but maybe q different brand from home Depot. It works great an only cost 40$. I`ve had it over a year no issues.

    Re: 3-in-1 Low Profile Creeper

We`ve got one of these exact creepers in the garage-gym, and while it`s nice, I don`t think I could use it for detailing. It`s big for one, bulky almost. And thinking it over, it would be real easy to run it into a vehicle.
I still don`t believe in grit guards.

Thanks for the comments, you guys saved me a hundred bucks. I think I`ll just suck it up and keep laying on the floor. This is the position I`m talking about btw...

Maybe I`ll buy a rubber mat to lay down when I need to get in that position.

I just do not like holding the polisher over my shoulder. If I was doing it for money, I would get some car lifts.

    Re: 3-in-1 Low Profile Creeper

Ray, I can`t comment on the product you mentioned specifically but I`ve used a ton of creapers over my days turning wrenches I would recommend the big wheel version of "The Bone" creaper. It`s light weight and will keep your body centered the big wheels will roll over most anything. It`s quite low. There are several models but the big wheel version is worth a look. It`s not cheap but worth having.

This old guy also prefers to do a geat deal of the lower panels seated. I put the car on jack stands and use a seat scooter with a back. It really helps you to be able to control the seat and is much more comfortable. It has a piston and is adjustable to desired height. The seat I`m posting is sold everywhere from Snap On to Craftsman and they are the same seat except one is red and one is black. I have one of each, the Craftsman is 15 years old and runninng strong. They can be had as low as $70 up to $150, remember I`ve seen the same seat sold under 4 different labels.

Ray, life is too short to lay on the ground, it`s a cumulative effect and it`s hard on the bones. I know I`m not saving you money here but don`t find yourself where I am somewhere down the road. These are an investment in your health that will make the job easier.

I always find myself awkwardly crawling around the floor to polish the lower panels and I`m hoping something like this will make it easier.

    Thoughts or suggestions?

    Thanks!
I have one similar to that, but it`s just a 2-in-1 (flat and high seat). I like mine. Now seeing this one, I wish mine had the back support on the low seat setting.
