Yikes! If that`s the only damage, the driver was extremely lucky.

The lady drove to work like this. She said she knew she hit something. Not the brightest light on the Christmas tree if you know what I mean.

im now back in the animal department at work...doing mostly deer hit claims all day. its "deer season" at work for insurance claims

i get a genuine kick out of letting them rationalize the events leading up to the claim...they`re not at fault for any deer hit, as long as you hit the deer first...but i like to let them sweat it out a bit. makes for some fun logic to my ears

Had a close call with a deer few weeks ago, luckily as was awake enough on the way to work at 4:30 am to see him come out the woods and the brakes in the Camaro are good. Stopped about 10 feet before hitting that stupid deer.

That poor deer. I hope it didn`t suffer. How could anyone keep driving with that on their car?

What about those where, "the tree kept getting closer and closer until it hit me" and of course, "the light pole came out of nowhere and hit me!"

Claims can be interesting at times.

    Sucks about the deer.
