First question: How do you view your "reputation"?
Second question: Is there any effect from having a "good" vs."bad" rep. other than the heartache that may accompany the realization that not everyone thinks you`re the cat`s pajamas?

I have a great rep with all the people that I have worked with. Most give me leads of others that need my service.
I can also count on one hand over the years that I have been detailing cars of those that where not happy with the results of my service.

Your reputation in this industry is every thing and must be guarded at all times.

I think you can check it by clicking on it in one of your own posts. I did mine. It said I had so many reputation points. Don`t know how many is goo or bad, but I assume we are all pretty much starting from the same point (except for Fuzz I see...which is understandable). I would like to know more about it, but figure it will be explained in due time.
