In the user profile section under Registration Required Information there is a field Zip Code - Used for viewing your local weather on our homepage which if not filled out PREVENTS the user from filling in additional info such as location.

I don`t want a forum site to add this type of visual overhead to my visiting experience - I already have access to custom apps and widgets to muck up my desktop!

Please consider changing this "required" behavior. Until then, I`ll have to leave everything else blank.
