Problems accessing the site

that is the same message i got... it`s not on their end it`s on ours. Our computers are goining to the old IP location... it`s more of a matter of getting it to forget where it was and where it has to go.
I will grant you it can be really frustrating.

i have cleared temp. internet files & cookies, then shut down IE & my computer and restarted typed in the new address and it still takes me to the old host site.
I have even tried bypassing the DNS by typing in the ip address directly and then i get an apachece cpanel screen

How are you getting on here to post? Is the problem just on a certain computer? Sorry if I missed it if you already mentioned it. I`m just trying to help Troy out real quick so I`m not up to date on all the specifics.

it only occurs on my work computer. I was able to get on briefly there yesterday, but then it jumped back to the old server.

Part of a network? If so, disabled and reset the connection to the router? Reset the modem?

I KNOW it`s a pain and I aplogize for all the questions. I just know that something, somewhere on the end of some users is remembering the IP address for the old server.

I may just have to live with it... my boss may not like the idea of me bringing down the company server just so I can check my forum
