Not working on dialup

It is not omly on my comouter but also on my mother in laws in town on high speed cable. Only this site. Im on my folks wireless right now with no problems. We cleared the cookies and temp files and did not help. Took computer to town yesterday, picked up wireless, and still couldnt get in here. Both that cant get in here are on VISTA, this one is on XP. Im very computer illiterate, I just hit a few forums and ebay.

I don`t think it has anything to do with Vista or XP. I`m very dissapointed that it is taking so long for these issues to "work themselves out". I`m trusting in those words spoken by my programmer.
