Decided on a replacement that was $10.00 more expensive and asked how to pay for the difference. Paul`s response:

I have a sneaking suspicion that the same great customer service would have been afforded even if it wasn`t the Holiday Season.

My evil twin brother, however, suggested I order a Porter Cable and see if Paul would substitute a Rupes in it`s place ;-)
