Sounds to me like Autogeek and all its subsidiaries has gotten too big for its britches. It`s time to revamp the ordering system, no insult intended. Time to improve folks! You are irritating clients.

to me, as a business owner, its simple...if you aren`t keeping people satisfied in this very competitive online world where we all have 10 different options for purchasing things at our fingertips at all times, then you wont be selling products to people for long. with the internet, and darn sure with these forums, word spreads like wild fire, good or bad. AG and Autopia and all the others make lots of profit, no doubt. there is no question that they have plenty of room in their margins to ship 2 separate packages, or at the very least communicate with the customers via the 4 or 5 methods we have available (email, call, text, forum reply, private message, facebook page, etc). if you aren`t doing everything you can to keep us as customers, then don`t be surprised when we start buying from the other 25 websites that are selling the same products. its really very simple...take care of your customers and they will take care of you.
