Incredibly slooooow loading speeds and a half a million pop up ads. This site is horrific to view/be active on. It seems like it was designed to fail IMO

Switch from IE to Firefox and get the ad-on Dan mentioned, Ad Blocker. That combo is better than ONR with wax. Come to think of it, both combinations do a good job of keeping ads away.

You sure your PC doesn`t have some virus or adware? Site loads faster than most other forums I visit.

This is a issue local to your machine... I`ve been online within the past 24hrs from 3 different machines, all load fast with no pop ups...

    Flash,

I`m thinking your temporary internet file folder is probably getting quite full and that`ll slow your page loading way down.

Easy fix though. Google Ccleaner and download it. Install it and use both the cleanup tool and the registry scan tool and you`ll notice quite an improvement.

    Ccleaner is free.

I just bought this led light from superbrightleds.com and couldn`t be happier with it. It`s great.

I highly recommend you use an Ad Blocker and DoNotTrackMe albine.com to speed up your computer.

Adware and trackers take a lot of your computer and bandwidth resources. Your computer will be much faster if it is not constantly pushing you ads and tracking your every move on the internet.

FWIW, DoNotTrack me has blocked just over 30,000 trackers this month alone. (4 from this site, this session, 1-Facebook and 3-Google)

Since I installed these two extentions, my computer is a lot quicker.

I`d also recommend you run a malware/virus scan occasionally to be sure you don`t have any extra baggage left on your computer.

If you haven`t cleared your browsers cache in a while it can also slow you down and clear your history occasionally.
