Modification of User Groups

Hey Guys,



To eliminate spammers of the blogs and random hit and run link poster, we have modified a lot of user permission.



When a new user registers, they wont be able to create blogs, add signature, or post links.



Once you reach 10 posts and been a member for 10 days, you will automatically be promoted and be able to do everything you normally do.



This hopefully wont affect anyone and you wont notice any differences. If you do, please let me know.
