It says its 10:14 when it is actually 10:35.
Every time I see it, it bugs me. :grrr

2 1/2 months later this gets answered.
Yeah it seems it got worse. Any idea when this new server will be up and running?

Three words: Daylight Savings Time. When the machine syncs the time with the Internet, it probably comes back with GMT time, which it then adjusts for your TZ. It may not be taking DST into account.
