Seth, I`m actively working this issue, but so far don`t have a resolution. I`m seeing other vBulletin reporting wacky post vBulletin 3.6.10 upgrade, but so far nothing like what you report. It will be helpful if other people were reporting having the same issue, but they are not. I`m finding it strange that this problem started 3-4 days ago, as I have not changed anything for 2+ weeks.
I`m at work now. Let me try a new "test" thread in this forum. I`ll delete it if I can successfully post and report back.
EDIT: I was able to successfully create a new thread in another forum (I deleted it). For some reason I can`t do it at home. Oh well.

I still cannot upload .jpg files to the Gallery.
Not trying to be pushy but just didn`t know if you aware the problem still exists.
