Purple Power and OPC. I would not let any APC dry but those are the two I trust the most.

W99 but I wouldn`t let any apc dry, even if it said it was ok. I don`t trust any cleaner that can be concentrated.

    Chemical Guys All Clean+.

Al, it`s good stuff and can be diluted highly.

Blackfire APC is pretty kick ass too, if you`re looking for something new!

I`m am all clean guy... I spray on, let sit for 20 seconds or so and agitate, and rinse. Never gets close to drying. Even the best products needs help. Spray and rinse is rarely effective no matter the dwell time.

OPC, PB APC or BF APC I moved my Purple Power to BBQ grill duty only, it will never come close to a car again. Used it once on an engine and it turned every rubber hose white. Real pain to fix each hose needed to be scrubbed thoroughly to get it off.

I have OPC and has been my favorite but not what I call a long dwelling APC. I also have PB"s as well. I guess I am looking for something milder than P21s Total Auto Wash. My goal is up to say 10 minutes so lots of margin for error.

I agree, I have all clean. I use it as my economic apc, for tough stuff though w99 will take out anything coupled with very mild agitation.

Blitz would be another option. Are there certain areas where you want this to soak for that long?

Honestly, the only APC I ever let sit on anything is CG`s Sticky Wheel Cleaner. It`s quite a good surfactant based wheel cleaner. It`s also economical as a wheel cleaner, as it`s 1:5.

I have that too but will confirm with Steve on dwell time. The net is I spray some expensive APC, let dwell 30 seconds, and then scrub the heck to get it right. I do not think soap and water would be any worse since I know the scrubbing is doing 90% of the cleaning.
