Washed. 2 sided natural mit, PFMs vs. Twisters

    PFMs kicked butt.

Mechanical decon. Cobra mit, Nanoskin micro towel, Dodo slippy.

    Wax. Pinnacle liquid whole car,
Dodo Basics o bling vs. Supernatural on hood.

The hood needs more wax, gets hot, have a tiny tiny bit of a lead foot.
Just trying the B of B already know Supernatural is top notch
    Def. Tub worthy

Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

So I had a car scheduled for a detail and a scuff to be removed from the top. The guy owns a Hotel Resort 5 minutes from where I live

    And, this is the car...

So I started talking about the proper upkeep methods. He noticed I had “The Passion” and he didn’t even know a good Detailer. They have available mobile guys for their customers but none of them were any good. So I’m going to give him a stack of cards and my services will be available to their customers.

Also he knows a lot of people with high end cars but no high end detailers. Well, now he does. He’s talking Ferrari, Bentley SUV, Rolls Royce... we will see how this goes!

It looks like I may get into the high end market, and put those expensive Rupes polishers to work!

DA polished my windshield with Ceriglass (LC orange on PC), washed, dried, coated with Forte.

Had a weird experience with Forte I may write about in another thread. Other than the first crescent-shaped wipe with the applicator, I couldn`t tell I was applying anything. No flash over, nothing. I followed instructions. I used about 9mL of product (15mL "50% bonus" bottle) on a not-that-huge sedan windshield. If I wanted to see wet-then-flashing over the whole thing I would have needed 50mL or so, maybe more, with constant squirts (not drips) on the applicator. Hope I didn`t just waste time and money. It`s cool today, would have expected to see a "working time" before flash over more like Rain-X.

Washed a co-workers civic. I was pressed for time, so no before or during pictures but I did a foam and 2 bucket wash. Used BDX as an iron remover and wanted to clay but was coming up on my time limit as I still had to wax. Which I used natty`s liquid Red. And hydro 2 on the rims.
