So I got the Foxbody today. It`s a fun ride. Paint correction is probably best it`s gonna get. I`ll get the car repainted down the road. But it`s a good 5-10 footer

Spent 14 hrs, removing ceramic coating and recorrecting the paint, then coating it again with cquartz..... long story short, this was the 1st of a few cars I did. After doing 4 others, I knew I can get this one better!

Thanks - gotta remove 3 layers of 2-month old 22ple HPC from my car and re-coat. Likely use Jescar Compound w/ white pad if the white pads worked for you, followed by Gyeon Primer or Scholls S40.
Are you just `going on faith` that it removed the coating or did you verify in some fashion?

I called carpro-us/ skys the limit, and was fortunate to get Corey on the phone. I told him that I wasn`t happy with the correcting on the Aston and wanted to see if I had options. The bottom line came to him saying I needed to remove, recorrect and recoat. When it came to talking about what to use, I mentioned I was thinking menzerna 400 with a few others and from the convo, I was comfortable moving forward. I only did 2/3 passes with no pressure. I realized that when the slickness of a wax feeling came back, I knew the coating was off. To me, Ceramic has a "heavy" slickness to it compared to the slickness of a standard cars paint once polished or waxed
Used a little of everything
Reflect is about 3000 so to me, it fell right into the line

Washed my wife`s Malibu yesterday which was coated with gtechniq back in beginning of June. Haven`t had time till yesterday to wash it and it literally took me like 20-25 min to wash and dry including the rims

Washed my Tundra again today after 2-3 weeks with out a wash and once again amazed how easy it is to wash with CSL on it. Also beading is still excellent and very even from top to bottom on all panels, no signs of degradation on the lower body panels.
