Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

Washed the wife`s car this morning, mostly cuz I wanted something to slather PA Cosmic Spritz on afterwards.

Gyeon Foam, Gyeon Bathe Essence, dried with recently opened Griots PFM towel which had been sitting unopened in cabinet for last 6 months; what a great towel.

Pulled car in garage, grabbed Polish Angel bottle and went over whole car...with Polish Angel Diver glass cleaner. Oops, wrong bottle. Crap. Obviously my attention to detail is somewhat lacking. Eh, grab other large bottle, PA Cosmic Spritz this time...yep, that`s the fun stuff I remember.

PA stuff is just so fun to use I then went inside and ordered PA Cosmic V2 kit with AG`s 25% off, free shipping promo.

Doesn`t seem any worse for the wear after being wiped down with glass cleaner and then Cosmic:

Such is life...hopefully my relabel will prevent future mishaps.

I think I`m done for the day before I do anything else dumb.

Went to the coin op and did a quick wash with CG mr pink. Waxed with Collinite 915 and did a good interior wipeover. Dressed tires with WG black diamond. Got it all done just in time for some liquid sunshine.

Finished polishing the other day with Essence. Coated today.

Will be doing some testing on these Cquartz coatings over the next year.

Did a quick rinse-less wash with Megs D114. I was going to spritz it with Megs UQW, but I`m waiting on my FK1000p.

It`s the grand prix that has an aftermarket hood. Nothing has changed on it for quite some time.

    More test areas.

    Roof

Trunk. 2 coats of CQUK 3.0 as the base.

Right side topped with TiO2 which was a popular combo before Gliss came out.

    Left side topped with Gliss.

Side pillars to test the hardness of CQUK 3.0 and Gliss.
