Thanks, I`d forgotten just how easy the 22ple stuff is to use, nearly sealant-like. I kept doing larger and larger sections, by the end I just applied to entire passenger side, waited a few minutes and then buffed whole side off with no problem. Used about 20ml for first coat, applied with block wrapped with microfiber applicator cloth and it just went on and came off so easily, little product goes a long way. Doesn`t seem to dry out on applicator as quickly as when using microsuede cloth/block.

Will do another coat today and then top with their (22ple) recently released (finally) Finitura product tomorrow.

Wonder if it was the last wash done at home before winter is coming.

Did the washing as I mostly do. Start of with the prewash from the foamcannon and wash away most of the dirt with the power wash. Took a closer look at the paint and it looked fine since the last time I applyied gyeon wet coat. So a 2bm wash with carpro reset and then apply gyeon wet coat a last time before winter. It`s about 2 months since I applyied gyeon wet coat and the lower parts where failing. Hope I can do some rinseless washes with carpro Ech2o ahead.

Nice work BudgetPlan and Civicclutch. You`re motivating me to get back out there and do some detailing. It` a little harder when you have to use the street...

Getting the 14 year old Cadillac SRX ready for Thanksgiving. I have been neglecting the old family transport ship. This is the 2nd night working on the old Caddy. Only one more night to go.

Well, it could be worse. It`s not an Escalade!

Thanks to HD Speed. Haven`t used speed in a while. I almost forgot how easy, it is to work with. A definite time saver.

After 4 weeks, finally got to do a wash/detail today on the Xterra. Got to mid 50`s today in PA. Sun was out, but really did not cause problems. Finished with extender wax as the drying aid.

Yeah ! Finally did something Detail related. Out of commission for a couple months due to a hip injury, (more like a rusty hinge)
Meanwhile my garage queen got FILTHY.
Uber x2, then spray wax w/ Pinnacle liquid Souveran. Here are the 6 Eagles for the Uber wipe down.

What did you do detailing wise today?-car.jpg

Today I had the pleasure of detailing a Prius. It was a very enjoyable wash, nano,HD Speed job. It was not swirled bad due to the owner never washing it. For my own satisfaction I spot corrected with Uber compound to diminish and eliminate some minor defects. The owner thought it was done just after we nano skinned the paint. The Rolls Royce in the background looks like chopped meat now compared to the Toyota. We had fun!
