Re: What did you do detailing wise today?
finally confirmed my first non Mopar customer in what seems like a while (tomorrow)
too bad its not a smaller vehicle so I could use the Fuzion paste, definitely don`t feel like upgrading a SUV to a paste wax
Re: What did you do detailing wise today?
i might have snuck in a quick wipedown and paste wax job on lunch and then opened the garage, for some sun
just everything above the crease line on the side panels

Truck dropped off for some Infinity Wax, Kamikaze Miyabi done about a month or 2 ago. Look in cabinet while grabbing Infinity, see 1/2 bottle of ISM leftover from Vette 2 weeks ago...the wheels start turning.
Too long since Miyabi? Will ISM bond to cured Miyabi? Late Friday afternoon but take a shot and e-mail Esoteric, probably as they`re walking out the door. 5 minutes later response comes back...good to go. Gyeon Foam, Gyeon Bathe, Gyeon Prep...start applying the ISM. Nice! Guess I`ll do the Infinity tomorrow.

No linting issues tonite, maybe my towel discipline had been slipping causing previous linting issues...dumped all my `paint appropriate` earlier this week, got some new ones. Maybe that was it? New towels nice regardless.

Eagle Edgeless, some PBMG edgeless...trying some new kinds too.
Last two coatings I did I was getting some incredible linting no matter which towels I used, so I pitched all my `paint touching towels. Dunno if actual linting or dust clinging to towels...environmental issues, lax towel washing, drying, storage habits...dunno for sure but didn`t experience it yesterday. Thankfully.

Washed the newly coated Vette for first time since application; found new, deep chip right in middle of hood. I give up.
