Man the paint on this thing is hella soft. Was getting micro marring after m205 and a blue B&S pad. Switched to a black pad and that did the trick.

Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

7am, and out & in the sun most of the day.
I started at a coin op. for the pressure spray.
Used my own chems. Had spots & bugs to remove

Used PBs BS about 8oz. for pre spray.

I put 4oz. of Diablo gel & 2oz of grape Maxi suds
in 1/2 gal.water, made a slurry that I slapped on my wheels.
Worked well, gotta rinse well tho.
P.A. Glissante with Rapidwaxx as a drying aid, for paint.

(wheels get a full clean&seal next weekend)

Not as slick as I wanted so...

    Passenger side

    Drivers side

Fun in the sun products, 80deg. with black paint

Should hold me `till I can polish her again.

Finishing up the Kia w 2 coats Kamikaze Miyabi. Nice 70 degree, low humidity morning. Easy 10 minute dwell Time, slick wipe off.

Very nice paint...not soft or sticky...Kia needs to show Honda and Subaru a few things about painting cars. This Optima is a very nice car overall...quite impressive.

Ready to remove at 10 minutes

Finished up the WRX today. Really enjoyed using Can Coat. Not bad for my first coating experience.

Waiting for mother nature to finish washing my car, and hoping she doesn`t hit it with hail.
