Got to play with the Black Label Surface Cleansing Polish & Black Label Diamond Paint Coating this morning on my hood and was impress with how easy it was to apply and take off. Great shine it has on it and now to see how long it protects the hood from the elements.

Worked some tonight on my new lightning. First time with a black vehicle so finding the right combo was challenging. I ended up with a cyan hydrotech pad with 105. And a black bns pad with 205. I will be opticoating the truck and it is a daily but I want the paint as perfect as I can get it.

Removed a burnt out bulb and soldered in a replacement. Once the dash was put back together I freshened up the interior with a little meg`s ultimate protectant.

This is the first time in 2 months that it hasn`t been raining or too cold, so I did washes on the Expedition, Jetta, and Equinox (which also needed an oil change which I did...). Today the temperature was high enough that the salt would work so the state laid it down heavy.
I went to town and washed my Explorer with salt water.
My unusual wash left a unique look.
Now it is a pretty red with white streaks down the side.
