    Made mine at work this morning with a Dremel and 800 grit sand paper. Took 5 minutes.

    detailed a neighbor`s toyota rav4. bf tpns topped with opti seal (out of bfcs). fighting falling leaves and pollen the whole time, took twice as long.

    With everyone seeming to do this washer mod, why aren`t there more people opting for the Flex 3401?

    Hmmmm, forced rotation still attracts me, as well as not having to buy all new pads or polishes/compounds.

    I don`t think so. It wasn`t real tight. This machine is leaps and bounds better. Should`ve just listened to everyone and bought the Rupes first
