Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!

It was 70 yesterday and mostly cloudy so washed the wife`s car. The sun came out and got the paint too hot to risk washing in full sun. I also did a load of microfiber.

    Detailed this Lexus

This is from the trunk. Sure wasn`t too bad. The mild bar from the smooth surface clay kit was able to take it out no problem.

conditioned all the leather. Oh I cannot wait to get some high end conditioner. Idk how good gold class is but it doesn`t feel nice to use.

Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

just topped csl with exov2 and exov3 and exov3 is much slicker after the wipe up than v2 (on top of csl)

it spread a little further as well, I had to adjust my application amount relative to what I used with v2

I now have a flat panel with csl+exov2 VS csl+exov3 and a split on the drivers side rear quarter of same

now to wait for it to cure and hope I didn`t miss any high spots - first time using them both on black

From Terrible to Tolerable. Notice that the wheel is so dirty, you can`t tell that it has that curved shape between the spokes. Used FK 221-D and IronX.

It was a cool 50 (cloudy and a breeze) at 9am, but wanted to clean my MKZ covered with salt. I decided to power rinse then foam with AF Avalanche (strong dose) then went into the garage where it was warmer and no wind to do a rinseless wash.

680 miles south it was hot. I sat in a puddle of water cleaning the lower panels of a car, with the hose misting my bare legs, and it felt good. America is great, if you don`t like the weather, just get in a car and drive! We go up to North Georgia for our fix of cold weather.
