Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

Got another quick wash in today, this time it was my wife`s car which has been neglected for several months.

Before. The salt from the air/ocean was really built up, coupled with lots of highway miles and rain storms.

After. It`s pretty overcast so not really much of a good shot.

    Still needs LSP

Burned some serious midnight oil until 6am. Back at it since 11.

I may have gone a little overboard...

After doing my DD yesterday, I did the Dakota today.

    Products used...
    • Cleaned paint with Meg`s Hyperwash - still not a lot of foam with this water
    • Cleaned wheels and tires with MK37 Cleanse Exterior Cleaner
    • Cleaned glass with PB`s Pro Polish 2 by hand
    • Protected paint with Blackfire Midnight Sun Carnuba Wax - still applied like a champ at 91 F in the garage, flashed quickly and buffed off cleanly
    • Dressed tires with Wolfgang Tire Gel
    • Cleaned glass with Sprayway
    • Protected interior with Mothers Protectant

Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

Finally got around to my car this weekend.

A video of my weeks old Gyeon Wet Coat and Gyeon Q2 Tire.

    https://youtu.be/2aXrxwacBlc

Car washed with Gyeon Bathe+. Topped with Rupes P808. Interior cleaned and protected with Kenotek Vinyl and Leather. Fabric coated with Gtechniq I1.

Car is already coated with Gyeon Q2 Mohs.
