Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

was late to work by about 5 minutes..had to wipe down the front end of my car, then ended up wiping down about half of it

my boss asked why I was late and I replied "for cleanliness reasons" and she said -- for you or your CAR ? lol she knows whats up

Flood rinsed my Challenger to try to remove the pollen sitting there.
    Wiped down with S&G

one more coat of Nattys Black to hood, roof and above the angle down the sides of the car. Beginning sat night show prep.

Nattys red, LNB or LNR next?

yup need to do something with that side of the garage.

Also rinsed my truck off at coin opp just a few mins ago and dried with uber qd spray down then cobra waffle weave. Now its shiney again!

Re: What did you do detailing wise today?

    Washed my extremely filthy truck.

Didn`t get to finish everything, weather was crappy and overcast but my back started to give me h#!! and so did the wife. Only got any polishing done on the right of the cab and the hood, then topped everything with a spray wax for the week.

Ended up using the Meguiar`s MF cutting pad and the MF correction compound that came in the kit. Hopefully, I`ll be able to finish that step and finish the truck next weekend.

Couldn`t get a good 50/50 due to the overcast but that`s a before and after.

    The polished corner.

Best I could get with the lighting.

On a different note, used my Nanoskin Autoscrub sponge for the first time today, amazing. Saved me about 20 pieces of clay just from dropping it. I`m also loving the MF pads.

Gave a family friends neglected Jeep some love with a quick wash, clay and wax.

The passenger rear blinker bulb and windshield wipers needed to be replaced as well which I did for the karma. She gets a shiny vehicle and I get to scratch the detailing itch Everyone wins.
